Terms and Conditions - Amanda Hatton Photography

To ensure that the terms and conditions for Amanda Hatton Photography comply with Irish online business regulations, particularly those outlined by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) , revisions and additions have been applied on 15/4/2026:

1. Your Session
Amanda offers photography sessions both in her studio and at outdoor locations such as Brittas Bay Beach. All details of your session will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and your booking form is completed. The remaining balance must be paid before your session date.

3. Outdoor Sessions and Weather
Outdoor sessions depend on weather conditions. Each booking includes a main date and a backup date. If weather is unsuitable, your session will automatically move to the backup date.

4. Rescheduling
Booking fees are non-refundable. One reschedule may be offered depending on availability. Changes requested within 7 days of your session may not be possible.

5. Your Images
Your images will be professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery. Images are for personal use only and should not be edited or used commercially. Amanda may use images for portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise.

6. Image Storage
Images are stored for up to 12 months. Clients should download and back up their images upon delivery.

7. Print Products
Print products may be offered and are fulfilled by a trusted third-party supplier. Any defects or delays are handled by the supplier, though Amanda will assist where possible. All print orders are final unless faulty.

8. Data Protection
All personal information is handled in line with GDPR and used only for providing photography services.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
